She was born January 27, 1910 in Oshkosh a daughter of George and Otilla Dryer Oleson. She was to married Claude A. Dutton.
She was a clerk at Neumann Dress Shop and was involved with the children's lunch program at Webster Stanley School. She enjoyed cooking and making a good pie.
She is survived by her foster son Clarence "Pansy" Tesch, nieces Pat(Fritz) Lautenschlager, Kay Copp, Jeanne Oleson, a nephew-in-law Robert Kirchhoff, many grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her son Bobby Dutton, one brother Harvey, one sister-in-law Florence, two nieces Sally Tesch, Bev Kirchhoff, and one nephew Howard "Bud" Oleson.
Funeral services will be held on Friday February 19, 2010 at Bethel Home Chapel at 5:30 p.m. with Chaplain Kathy VanderVelden officiating. Visitation will be held at Bethel Home Chapel on Friday from 4 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park.
The family would like to thank the staff at Bethel Home for many years of love and care they provided to Ruth.
