Obituary for Berneta E. Kromm

Berneta E. Kromm, age 90, of the Town of Utica, passed away on Thursday January 25, 2018 at her residence. She was born on February 6, 1927 in Oshkosh the daughter of Richard and Emma (Gluege) Schultz. On May 28, 1949 she married Lawrence E. Kromm who preceded her in death on December 7, 1977.
Berneta was a nurse at Mercy Medical Center and a long-time volunteer at EAA. She enjoyed horses, rock collecting, square dancing, country and western music, traveling the United States in the RV, and was in Good Sam’s Club.
She is survived by three sons Randy (Opal Thielke) Kromm, Hortonville; Robin Kromm, Oshkosh; Jason (Linda Kolodzik) Kromm, Oshkosh; grandchildren Michelle (Davis) Reyes, Abby (Ryan) Huettl, Jesse (Terra Wilson) Kromm, Casey Kolodzik; six great-grandchildren Ashley Reyes, Michael Reyes, Braelyn Huettl, Kinsley Huettl, Laura Kromm, and Landon Kromm.
In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by one grandson Michael David Kromm.
A Funeral Service for Berneta will be held on Wednesday January 31, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes-Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Dr. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Lake View Memorial Park.
A memorial has been established.
The family wishes to give a special thank you to the staff of Ministry Home Care Ascension especially Brad, Toni, Molly, and Chris for their care and compassion for Berneta.
