Daryle Dean Perry

Daryle D. Perry passed away on Monday, December 18, 2017, at Mercy Medical Center with his family by his side. He was born on November 30, 1970 to Daryle Hazen and Valerie (Eberhardt) in Oshkosh and adopted parents Linda and Chuck Perry. He married Tanya Bruskewitz on October 8, 2005 in Waupaca.

Daryle was an avid sportsmen, loved camping and enjoyed being with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Tanya; father, Daryle (Roxanne); brother Nathan (Stephanie), twin sister Darcie (Robert) adopted mother, Linda; brother, Doug (April) Perry; sisters, Faith (Ethan) Howard and Stephanie (William) Huben; mother and father-in-law, Bob and Deb Bruskewitz; sister-in-law Tammy Vissers, brothers-in-law David and Bruskewitz, Dennis Bruskewitz (Sara) and our beloved fur babies, dog, George; cat, Caley; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his adopted father, Chuck; mother, Valerie; brother, John Perry; sister, Amber Perry; all grandparents and his beloved golden retriever, Bailey.

Funeral service will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Drive. Visitation will be held from 2:30 p.m. until the time of the service.
