Joann Elaine Bartelt

JoAnn E. Bartelt, age 88 of Oshkosh, passed away at Aurora Medical Center on Thursday September 21, 2017, with family at her side. JoAnn was born to the late Elmer and Norma (Bergner) Kolb on May 30, 1929 in Cleveland, WI. She married John Bartelt on July 15, 1950 in Cleveland, WI. JoAnn enjoyed reading, sewing, crafts and was very good at quilting.
JoAnn is survived by her loving husband, John; three sons; Jack, of Oshkosh, Jeffrey (Dona), of Winneconne, and Joel (Lori Harris), of Eureka.
She is preceded in death by her sisters, Lillah Rieck, and Lorraine Meyers; and her brother, Harold Kolb.
Services for JoAnn will be held at Konrad-Behlman Westside (100 Lake Pointe Dr, Oshkosh, WI 54904) on 10/03/2017 at 12:00 PM. Rev. Tim Greenwald will be officiating. A Visitation will be held from 10:30 AM until the time of service. A burial will take place at Lake View Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers a memorial donation can be made to the American Cancer Society.
