Nancy C. Bahr

Nancy C. Bahr, age 87 of Oshkosh, passed away on September 25, 2017 at Aurora Medical Center, Oshkosh. She was born on September 19, 1930 in Oshkosh the daughter of the late Victor and Marge (Schneider) Leininger. She was united in marriage to Richard Bahr on August 11, 1951. Their marriage was blessed with 66 years and three children. Nancy worked for Oshkosh School District for 18 years in the school system. In her spare time she enjoyed doing crossword puzzles. She cherished being with her family especially her grandchildren and great-grandchild.
Nancy is survived by her spouse, Richard; three children: Cynthia (David) Wortman, Michael (Kim) Bahr and Scott (Laurie) Bahr; 11 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, one sister, Gail (Roger) Kimball and one brother, Peter (special friend Carla) Leininger. She is further survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Friday, September 29, 2017 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 370 Bowen Street, with Pastor Kelly Leary officiating. Friends and family may visit at the church from 9:30 am until the time of service. Interment will take place at Lake View Memorial Park, Oshkosh. A memorial is being established.
