V. Alan Johnson

V. Alan Johnson, age 72 of Oshkosh, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at his home. He was born on November 3, 1944 in Oshkosh the son of Lois (Treise) Johnson. He graduated from Oshkosh High School, went to UW-Oshkosh and furthered his education at UW-Madison Law School. Alan enjoyed working with the local community theaters and always enjoyed being a part of the Golden Tones, the choir at Oshkosh Seniors Center.

Alan is survived by three children: Kathi (Peter) Koenig of Milwaukee, A. Melissa (Jeff) Byrne of Appleton and Daniel (Christina) Johnson of Ham Lake, MN; and three grandchildren: Ashley Byrne, Gavin and Dylan Johnson. He was preceded in death by his mother, aunts and uncles.

Memorial Service will be at 1:00 pm on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Drive, with Pastor Karen Jewell. Friends and family may visit at the funeral home from noon until the time of service. Private entombment will take place at Lake View Memorial Park, Oshkosh. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Oshkosh Seniors Center.
