  William "Bill" R. Behlman BBehlman@konrad-behlman.com Bill Behlman has been a lifelong resident of Oshkosh. He attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and received his degree in Mortuary Science from Indiana College of Mortuary Science in Indianapolis, IN. Bill is married to Jeaannie Greffer and has been active in many organizations. He is a member of St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church, a life member and board member of Oshkosh Chapter of Whitetails Unlimited, past president of Lakeshore Kiwanis club, former member of the Oshkosh Rotary Club, past chapter chair of the East Central Wisconsin Chapter of the American Red Cross, Oshkosh Masonic Lodge #27 F & AM, Tripoli Shrine Temple and past president of Winnebagoland Shrine Club. Professionally Bill is a member of the National Funeral Directors Assoc., Wisconsin Funeral Directors Assoc., and past president of Fox River Valley Funeral Directors Assoc. In his spare time, Bill enjoys attending Indy Car and NASCAR races and collecting racing memorabilia, and hunting. David M. Goltz DGoltz@konrad-behlman.com David M. Goltz has been a licensed funeral director / embalmer since April 1986, and been with Konrad-Behlman since November 1986. He became a partner in the business in 1991. He and his wife Amy have two daughters Amanda and Shannon. Dave resides a little north of Oshkosh in the Town of Vinland, as his wife teaches in Appleton. He and his family attends both Christ Lutheran Church and St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church. Jay R. Schultz JSchultz@konrad-behlman.com Jay R. Schultz, has been a licensed funeral director/embalmer since Feb. 1995. He has been employed by Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes since 1994. He is a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Oshkosh.
