Adam Paul Chaplin

Adam P. Chaplin, age 36, passed away unexpectedly on November 3, 2016 at Aurora Hospital. Adam was born to Al Chaplin and Rhonda Chaplin on June 24, 1980 in Green Bay, WI. Adam worked as a Construction worker and Tow truck driver. Adam liked Playing with R/C cars and Video games with his children; he liked to do laser tag and was an avid NASCAR and Packer Fan. He also enjoyed spending time with his family.Adam is survived by his parents, Al (Liz) Chaplin, Rhonda Erdey; his fiance, Samantha Copus; two children, Quinten Butters and Skylor Mer Chaplin; his grandmother, Louise Johnson; seven siblings, Vaunda (Wayne) Davis, Ronald Chaplin, Chandra (Dawda) Colley, Anthony (Chelsea) Chaplin, John (Jen) Winters, Elizabeth Beeson, and Tiffany (Fred) Krok. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.Adam is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Robert Johnson and Glenn Chaplin Sr., grandmother, Janette Chaplin, and step dad Ken Erdey.Services for Adam will be held at 6:00PM on November 5, 2016 at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home Westside (100 Lake Pointe Drive) with Rev. Karen Jewell officiating. A visitation will be held from 4:00PM until the time of service.In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.The family would like to send a special thank you to the many Doctors and medical staff of Aurora Medical Center and UW Madison Hospital for all the care they provided for Adam.
