Amber Jeanette Love

Amber J. Love, 87 of Fond du Lac, formerly of Oshkosh and Milwaukee, died Thursday March 2, 2006 at Manor Care Health Center in Fond du Lac. She was born April 17, 1918, a daughter of Edward and Ella (Jorgenson) Voigt. Amber married Roy Love on January 31, 1937 in Waukegan, IL. He preceded her in death in 1960.Amber worked as a hospital attendant at Milwaukee County General Hospital for 30 years; she loved fishing, attending concerts, and Brewer games as she had season tickets for many years. She is survived by a son, Ronald of Fond du Lac, eight grand children, five great grand children, many nieces and nephews, and a daughter-in-law, Terry Love of Milwaukee. She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, Gary, brother, Raymond Voigt, and two sisters, Marion Oehler, and Ellneth Randall, a daughter-in-law, Karen Love, and sister-in-law, Dorothy Voight.No services will be held. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Milwaukee.
