Anna Marie Behm

July 15, 1918 — September 3, 2016

Anna M. Ann Behm, age 98, passed into the hands of her Lord on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Aurora Medical Center with her family by her side. She was born on July 15, 1918 to the late Ernest and Susan (Tritt) Stiller in Pine River. Ann was married to Albert H. Behm on July 3, 1940 in Oshkosh. He preceded her in death on July 1, 1997.She worked at several places over the years. Ann was the office manager of the family business Behm Sales and Service, which sold restaurant equipment and supplies. She worked briefly also at Klines Department Store and Showboat Restaurant.Ann enjoyed music, dancing with Al throughout the years, crossword puzzles, Sunday drives, and will be remembered for her cinnamon buns, side pork and sour milk gravy, and kleeban. She loved above all spending time with her grandchildren and family. Ann is survived by her children: Terry (Pat) of Oshkosh, Michael (Karen) of Oshkosh, Richard (Vicki) of Omro, and Cheryl (Dale) Braatz of Fond du Lac; grandchildren: Richard (Carol) Behm, Rebecca (Jeff) Nelson, Robert (Katie) Behm, Gregory (Gina) Behm, Lisa Shimek, Megan and Shannon Behm, Erin (John) Borisch, Keelyn (Justin) Kelley, Michael Behm, Heather (Michael) Pagel, Ryan (Jessica) Braatz, and Kyle (Kelly) Braatz; great grandchildren: Mollie, Emma, Hannah, Jack, Luke, Kelly, and Hazel Behm, Victoria, Cynthina, and Jacob Nelson, Nora Borisch, Lyla Kelley, Sully and Lucy Shimek, Kaleb, Ethan, and Lexi Pagel, and Ben and Emily Braatz; sisters: Eva (Clarence) Bytoff and Susan Taylor. She is also further survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother: Robert Stiller; and sisters: Viola Marshall, Leona Severson, Jessie Johnson, and Alice Michels.A celebration of life for Ann will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Grace Lutheran Church (913 Nebraska St.) with Rev. Chadwick Graham officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Oshkosh Humane Society.The family would like to send a special thank you to everyone at Simeanna 1, Quality Care, and Almost Family for all the love and care they gave to Ann.
