Anna May Vanden Heuvel

Anna May Vanden Heuvel, passed into the loving arms of Jesus on Sunday, August 8th, 2021 surrounded by her family. She was born on July 14, 1928 to the late Frederick and Charlotte (Payton) Wasmundt. She was united in the Sacrament of Marriage on July 2, 1955 to Robert Vanden Heuvel at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church in Little Chute. Their marriage was blessed with five children.

Anna May and her husband Robert were longtime members of St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church. She was a simple woman who had an overwhelming love for her family. She enjoyed reading, sometimes reading 10 to 12 books a month.

Anna May is lovingly survived by her husband of 66 years, Robert Vanden Heuvel; children, Steve (Pam) Vanden Heuvel, Dawn (Joe) Kelderman, Tina (Don) Rooyakker, Terry (Joanne) Vanden Heuvel, Jean (Lee) Bohne; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by five brothers-in-law, two sisters-in-law, as well as their spouses, and several other cousins, and relatives.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, and several brothers and sisters-in-law.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 14th, 2021 at St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of Mass. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.
