Caryl Jane Harvot

Caryl J. Harvot, 74, of Oshkosh died at Aurora Medical Center on Monday April 6, 2009. She was born in Tigerton on July 14, 1934, a daughter of the late Robert and Bertha A. Schwarzkopf Kriegel Sr. Caryl married Richard J. Harvot on September 3, 1955 in Oshkosh.Caryl had been employed by Wisconsin Telephone Co, SNC and Bemis Co. until her retirement. She was a former member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Caryl enjoyed bowling with the Womens Bowling League for many years, loved crocheting many blankets and afghans. Life was a gamble that she embraced fully. Caryl was the recipient of a liver transplant and was able to return the gift of life after her passing through her organ donation.Survivors include her husband, Richard Harvot, Oshkosh ; three sons, Kevin (Linda) Harvot, Oshkosh; Craig (special friend Paula Hintze) Harvot, Oshkosh; Scott (Colleen) Harvot, Oshkosh; two daughters, Kelly (special friend Karan Bounds) Harvot, Fond du Lac; Wendy (Gordy) Al-Msaibeeh LeDioyt, Oshkosh; one brother, Kenneth Butch (Kay) Kriegel, Oshkosh; one sister Sue (Michael) Winter, Oshkosh; six grandchildren, Jameela Al-Msaibeeh, Milwaukee; Laith Al-Msaibeeh, Oshkosh; Michael S. Harvot, Oshkosh; Ryan S. Harvot, Oshkosh; Eric King, Omro and Griffin LeDioyt, Oshkosh. She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Robert Kriegel Jr. and Delton Kriegel.Funeral services will be held on Thursday April 9, 2009 at 7:00 PM with Rev. Walter Moll officiating. Family and friends may call at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home- Westside on Thursday from 4:00 PM to the time of service. Inurnment will be at Lake View Memorial Park. A memorial has been established to the American Cancer Society.
