Charles "Chuck" Aaronson

Charles “Chuck” R. Aaronson, age 78, of Oshkosh, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah. He was born on November 27, 1939 to the late Raymond and Lucille (McGuire) Aaronson. Chuck married Sally Krohlow in 1958 and raised three sons. He worked at Mercury Marine for over 30 years and another 15 years as the Outlet Mall Maintenance Manager from which he retired.
Chuck married Janet Last on June 22, 1996. He was the great love of her life and will be extremely missed.
Even though Chuck experienced harsh childhood conditions, he maintained a kind heart and gentle soul. He was an extremely generous and compassionate person. Everyone that was blessed with the opportunity to know him agreed that he was a good person that you just couldn’t help but like.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, playing golf, fishing, camping, and traveling.
He is survived by his wife, Janet; sons: Scot (Terry) and Mike (Gena) Aaronson; step-sons: Ray (Wendy), John (Julie) and Mike (Amy) Last; step-daughters: Kay (Rich) Stille and Kim (Brad) Brown; 19 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother: Ron (Dolly) Aaronson; sister: Sharon (Jim) Dahlke.
Chuck was preceded in death by his son, Jeff Aaronson, grandson, Nick Aaronson and his sister, Marilyn (Albert) Dolley.
A memorial service for Chuck will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Dr. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Inurnment will take place in Lake View Memorial park.
