Charlotte Mildred Yearwood

Charlotte M Yearwood age 75, of Oshkosh, WI, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, October 28, 2017.

Charlotte was born on November 1, 1941, in Ripon, WI, daughter of John and Mildred (Hilsberg) Pionke. She graduated from Ripon High School. Charlotte loved gardening, quilting and enjoyed helping people.

Charlotte is survived by her children, Sue (Robin) Ferg of Manawa, John (Joy) Volner of Riner, VA, Sandi Volner of Appleton; grandchildren, Chris, Cody, Destiny, Dani, Savannah, Malia, Tara, and Danielle; great grandchildren, Rayne, Jayden, Taylin, Caden, Lilliahna; sisters, Mary Jean Florek of Marquette, Ethel Zimmerman of Missouri, Pat (Al) Richter of Florida, Judy Wyant of North Fond du Lac, and Diane (Rick) Berndt of Pickett; brothers, Dennis (Jean) Pionke of Portage, Darwin (Linda) Pionke of Weyauwega, John (Phyllis) Pionke of Rosendale and many nieces and nephews; Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Chuck, James, Kenneth Pionke and grandson Eric Volner

A visitation for Charlotte will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2017, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am followed by a memorial service at Peach Lutheran Church, 240 W 9th Ave, Oshkosh, WI. Pastor Brad Dokken will officiate.

Charlotte’s family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the nurses and staff at Affinity Visiting Nurses and Right at Home. In lieu of flowers, Charlotte’s request is to make a donation to either Peace Lutheran or Autism on the Sea in honor of her grandson Eric Volner.
