Clara Beatrice Konkle

Clara B. Konkle, 87, of Oshkosh died Monday September 11, 2006 at Bethel Home. She was born June 10, 1919 in Oconto County a daughter of the late Adolph and Mary (Kerch) Wacek. Clara married Frank Konkle on Dec. 1, 1945 in Oshkosh. He preceded her in death on Nov. 17, 1998. Clara was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. Her faith and church attendance was very important to Clara. She is survived by a daughter Joyce Wolff of Fond du Lac; two grandchildren Faith Liberty (Tyler) Wolff-Rudkin of Fox Point, WI and Nathan Phelan Wolff (special friend Sara Gomach) of Oshkosh; three great-grandchildren Phelan James Castro of Fond du Lac, Madison Rae Rudkin of Fox Point, and Reno Wolff Rudkin of Fox Point. She was preceded in death by a sister Sophie and three brothers Clarence, Francis, and Emanuel. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday September 14, 2006 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church, Fr. Bob Stegmann and Sister Judy Miller officiating. Family and friends may call at the church on Thursday from 10:30 AM until the service. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Spruce, WI. A memorial has been established.
