David B. Mcneil

David B. McNeil, age 76, passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at Park View Health Center in Oshkosh. He was born on March 4, 1945, in Oshkosh to the late William and Beatrice (Hewitt) Stowe. David married the love of his life Gail on May 17, 1980.David had a long service record in the Army from May of 1963 to July of 1975 including three tours in the Vietnam Conflict.  He was a self-employed truck driver for many years.  He also worked at EVCO Plastics for a number of years doing Injection molding.David loved watching any sports on TV.  He also enjoyed working on puzzles.  David loved his cat Pfeiffer who could do no wrong.  He will be sadly missed by family and friends.David is survived by his three children: Allen (Diane) Stowe, Barbara (JR) Reese and William Stowe; brothers: Willard (Sandy) Stowe, Larry (Arlene) Stowe; sister, Lynn Cuske; six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild on the way. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gail McNeil; brothers: Edward (Ruby) Stowe, Thomas (Hope) Stowe, Robert (Ruth) Stowe, Jim (Edith) Stowe, Richard (Judith) Stowe, John (Judy) Stowe; sisters: Enid (Ervin) Keller, Mary Lou (Charles) Decker; and brother-in-law, George Cuske.A memorial service for David will be held at 12:00 pm on Thursday, January 20, 2022, at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home, 100 Lake Pointe Drive, Oshkosh with Rev. Greenwald and Rev. Wills officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 am until the time of service. Burial will take place at Lake View Memorial Park following the service.
