Denise L. Deacy, 47, of Hartford, formerly of Oshkosh, died on Thursday, January 4, 2007 at The Kathy Hospice, West Bend, after a courageous battle against cancer. Denise was born on October 17, 1959 in Milwaukee the daughter of Dennis and Patricia Pagel Bauman. She married Timothy J. Deacy on June 7, 1986 in Oshkosh.She was an Audiologist at Ear Nose and Throat Specialists of Wisconsin in Oshkosh. Denise had attained her Doctorate of Audiology degree during her illness. She had a black belt in Tae Kwan Do and enjoyed stamping and scrap-booking.Survivors include her husband, Tim; children Bethany and Ryan all of Hartford; parents, Dennis and Patricia Bauman of Oshkosh; grandmother, Goldie Pagel of Wausau; and sister, Debra (Bruce) Stang; her God Mother Joyce (Gerald) Pagel, God Children, Travis Nass, Danielle Stang, and Josie Reif. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and her constant companions, Storm and Rusty.Denise was preceded in death by her grandparents, Raymond Pagel, and Henry and Mathilda Bauman and her God father Carl Bauman.The funeral service will be on Monday, January 8, 2007 at 7:00 PM at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home (Westside). Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 2:00 PM to the time of service.In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established.
