Donna Deising

Donna M. Deising, 75, of Oshkosh, died November 23, 2014, at Bethel Home. She was born December 21, 1938, the daughter of George and Elsie (Nitz) Bartels. Donna married Ron Deising on May 9, 1980. He preceded her in death in 2013.Donna worked at Lenox Candle Company for 15 years and then worked as a day care provider. She enjoyed her bowling league, crafts, gardening and cooking. Her grandsons were her joy. Donnas nieces enjoyed their special Thursday dinners and visitations with her. She is survived by two sons; Ed Thompson, George Miller Jr., two grandsons; Bennet, and Reese, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by an infant son, two brothers; Leroy Bartels, Gerald Bartels, four sisters; Evelyn Farber, Lorraine Sawall, Marcella Fink, and Shirley Frederick.Funeral services will take place at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home- Westside, on Saturday, November 29, 2014. Visitation will be from 10am until the time of service at 12pm, with Chaplain Cathy Vander Velden officiating. Interment will be at Lake View Memorial Park.The family would like to thank the special nursing staff of 2 west at Bethel Home, and the Aurora staff for their outstanding care.
