Dorothy Louise Gunz

Dorothy L. Gunz, went to her Heavenly Father on Friday, December 2, 2016, with her family by her side. She came into this world on May 9, 1928, to the late Rudolph and Hattie (Fratzke) Weiner. She was married to Edward Gunz on July 2, 1949. Together they had four children: Robert (Marilyn) Gunz, Leslie (Gary) Meyer, Mary Gunz, and Joan (Edward) Lowe. Dorothy is also survived by two grandchildren: Marcia (Jeff) Meagher and Tony (Erika) Gunz; one great grandchild: Cody; sister: June (Edward) Swartz; and brother: Robert Weiner.Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Edward; one sister; and two brothers.Abiding with Dorothys wishes she will be cremated with a private family service.The Gunz family would like to thank Chaplin Jim, Generations Hospice, and the staff of Sharehaven for the loving care they gave Dorothy and her family.
