Dorrie A. Berna

Dorrie Ann Berna, 84, Oshkosh, passed away with her family by her side Saturday, September 22, 2018. She was born March 5, 1934, in Athens, WI, the daughter of Ervin and Stella (Kuhr) Redig. Dorrie married Charles Berna on June 28, 1952, and he preceded her in death in 1977. She was employed by Oshkosh B ‘Gosh as a seamstress for many years until her retirement. Dorrie enjoyed making things by hand and was a very talented seamstress.

Dorrie is survived by her five children: Charles (Susan) Berna, Rose Schrauth, Sharon (Scott) Wright, Mary (Michael) Thresher and Robert Berna; 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In accordance with Dorrie’s wishes, private family services will be held. She will be laid to rest by her husband Charles in Riverside Cemetery, Oshkosh.
