Edward George Treise

Edward G. Treise, 83, of Redgranite and Vero Beach, FL, formerly of Oshkosh, died Monday September 18, 2006 at Juliette Manor in Berlin. He was born August 12, 1923 in Oshkosh a son of the late Henry and Lillian (Voss) Treise. Ed married Lois Amonson on July 7, 1951 in Oshkosh. Edward had worked over 30 years at Oshkosh Truck. He was an Army veteran of WWII and Korea and was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Vero Beach. He is survived by his wife Lois of Redgranite and Vero Beach, FL; a daughter Jill (John III) Reimer of Neenah; a son Jan (Robbi) Treise of Melbourne, FL; a sister Lois Johnson of Oshkosh; a brother Robert (June) Treise of Alton, IL; and six grandchildren John IV and Jason Reimer both of Madison, Jennifer Treise, Gary, Alex, and Joe Hartsock all of Melbourne, FL. A private memorial service will be held. A memorial has been established to Trinity Lutheran Church, Redgranite.
