Edward Strachan

Edward J. Strachan, 54, of Oshkosh passed away Monday, February 25, 2013 at his bar the Jockey Club. He was born April 25, 1958 to the late Robert and Kathleen (Zuehlke) Strachan. Edward liked to shoot darts, pool, and also play softball when he could and had time to do so. He is survived by his significant other, Julie Ulrich; daughters, Dana (Anthony) Lehrer, Rebecca Stachan, and Kristin Ulrich; son Justin Strachan; sister Sue (Ron) Stevens; brothers Robert and James Strachan. He is further survived by his aunt, Izzy Berger; and grandchildren Landen Lehrer, Kimberlie Jent, and Ashlyn and Keeley Ulrich. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Kathleen and Robert Strachan; sisters, Patricia Ann Strachan and Kathy Strachan; and his grandson, Ethan Lehrer. A funeral service for Edward is being held Friday, March 1, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Most Blessed Sacrament Parish St. Peter Church (435 High Ave.)with Rev. James Jugenheimer officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 28, 2013 from 4-7 p.m. at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes (Eastside) and at the church on Friday from 9 a.m. until the service. Inurnment will be in Riverside Cemetery. A memorial will be established in Edwards name.
