Everett Daniel Follett

E. Dan Follett, age 54 of Omro died on Wednesday July 28, 2010 at the Veterans Hospital in Milwaukee. He was born February 2, 1956 in Oshkosh a son of Everett and Patricia Ziegenhagen Follett. On September 1, 1984 he married Debbie Warhurst in Oshkosh.He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served as a lieutenant corporal. In the marines he held various positions including avionics maintenance test hop flight technician, collateral duty inspector, and avionics night crew supervisor. He was a mechanic at Mercury Marine and was the owner/operator of Zippy Express. He enjoyed playing guitar, tae Kwan do, ice biking, motorcycling, boat and motor construction. He was able to water ski since he was a young boy and loved doing it.He is survived by his wife Debbie, two daughters, Hannah and Clarissa, his parents Everett and Patricia of Oshkosh, his siblings Linda(Michael) Carlson of Winneconne, John Michael(Julie) Follett, Tammy Follett Kempf, Timothy(Valerie) Follett, his father-in-law Terry(Kim) Warhurst of Stillwater, OK, one brother-in-law Scott(Kim) Warhurst of Shreveport, LA., many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.He was preceded in death by one brother Andrew Follett, and his mother-in-law Nancy Rodat.Funeral services will be held on Sunday August 1, 2010 at 3 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes-Westside with Rev. Thomas McFarland officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. The family would like to thank the Doctors and Nurses at the Veterans Hospital.
