Gayle J Bartow

Gayle Joan Bartow passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 in her home. She was born on October 9, 1937 to John and Lydia Grable. On October 22, 1955 Gayle was united in marriage to Leverett Bartow. She enjoyed her cats, snowmobiling, motorcycle riding and gardening. Gayle loved her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by 3 children, Christine Hendrix, Darius (Sharon) Bartow of Neenah and Valerie Bartow; son-in-law, Jake Hendrix; 5 grandchildren, Jennifer (Josh) Wendt, Jonathan Hendrix, Melissa Bartow, Leah Bartow, and Alex Bartow; They blessed her with 6 great-grandchildren, Xzavior-Jimi Hendrix, Natalie Sanvidge, Lily Bartow, Lola Bartow, Zane Watters, and the love of her life Creedence Wendt. She also leaves behind her fur babies, Molly, Hanna and Digger. She is further survived by a brother, Cliff (Jane) Grable of Crystal Lake, IL, and a sister, Lois Johnson of Spokane, WA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leverett; son, Leverett Jr.; granddaughter, Kala; great-granddaughters, Molly and Abby Bartow; and a sister, Annette Bowen.
Funeral service will be held Monday, December 18, 2017 at the Lake View Memorial Park Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment at Lake View Memorial Park.
