Gerritt William Henschel

Gerritt W. Henschel, 86, of Oshkosh, died June 13, 2011 at Aurora Medical Center. He was born on August 26, 1924 in the Town of Bloomfield a son of William and Emma (Oestreich) Henschel.He enjoyed reading western novels and listening to his radio.He is survived by his nieces and nephews Bruce(Pam) Noebel, Barbara Perzentka, Jean Henschel, James Bear Henschel, William(Debbie) Henschel all of Oshkosh.He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Howard Henschel, and one sister Carol Noebel.A visitation will be held on Monday June 20, 2011 at Lake View Memorial Park Chapel from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. with a graveside service to follow.The family would like to thank the staff at Arborview Manor and Aurora Medical Center and Intensive Care Unit. for their wonderful care of Gerritt.
