Herbert E. Mech, 79, of Wisconsin and Arizona died Thursday July 28, 2005 in Oshkosh. He is survived by his wife Ruth. Memorial services will be held in Arizona at a later time. Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes is assisting the family.
