Howard E. Troxell, 78, of Oshkosh, died on December 31, 2008 at Alterra Sterling House in Fond du Lac. He was born on November 2, 1930. Howard married Margaret Wolf who has preceded him in death.Along with his daughter Debra, he had attended First Congregational Church. He was also a Corporal in the US Army serving his country from 1951-1953.Private services were held with interment at Riverside Cemetery.
