Irene Grace Mathias

Irene G. Mathias, age 92, of Oshkosh, died Thursday February 6, 2014 at Northpoint Rehabilitation Center. She was born on September 18, 1921 in Garrison, North Dakota a daughter of Arthur and Edna Klinkhammer Allers. She married William Mathias Jr. on October 28, 1943 in Garrison. He preceded her in death on February 19, 1980.She is survived by three sons James Mathias, Robert(Kathy) Mathias, Rick Mathias, one daughter Kathy(David) Ziehm all of Oshkosh, eight grandchildren Tina, Randy Mathias, Tammie(Mark) Whitty, Christopher Mathias, Heather Schultz, Rob Stookey, Jason(Tara) Ziehm, Zachary Fisher, several great-grandchildren and many great-great-grandchildren, two sisters Patricia Newton, and Dorothy(Eugene) Mason, and a son-in-law Jesse FisherShe was preceded in death by one daughter Sharon Fisher, two grandchildren Billy Mathias, Alyssa Fisher, three brothers, and two sisters.Private funeral services for Irene were held.
