Irma E. Sphatt

Irma E. Sphatt, 96, of Oshkosh, died on April 24, 2011. She was born on November 8, 1914 in Packwaukee a daughter of the late Edward and Sophia (Bonas) Bender. On August 3, 1940 Irma married Rudolph Sphatt in Oshkosh. He preceded her in death on May 19, 1990.Irma was a member of St. Jude the Apostle (Sacred Heart Catholic Church).Survivors include a daughter, Mary Ellen Westphal of Oshkosh; one sister, Grace Atwood; was grandmother of Gina (Daniel) Arndt of Wausau, Kyle and Darcy Westphal of Appleton; and was great grandmother of Brenton and Danielle Arndt of Wausau. Along with her husband, five brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.Funeral services for Irma are Thursday, April 28, 2011 at 11 a.m. at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home -Westside with Fr. Matthew Simonar officiating. Visitation from 10:30 AM until the time of service. Interment will be at Lake View Memorial Park.A memorial is being established in Irmas name.
