Jacqueline Oaks Nonweiler

Jacquie Nonweiler passed peacefully at her home in Pickett, WI, early Thursday morning, July 28. The daughter of George F. Oaks and Helen (Rohrbeck) Oaks, Jacquie was born in Oshkosh on November 26, 1929. She married Richard A. (Dick) Nonweiler in a wedding ceremony at First Congregational Church, Oshkosh, on August 10, 1951. Dick preceded Jacquie in death, on March 28, 1998She is survived by two children and three grandchildren: Mark A. Nonweiler (Rebecca Spurlock) and Nancy Nonweiler (Anton Hajducek); granddaughter Katherine K. Nonweiler (Zachary Boycks), and grandsons Daniel Nonweiler and Dax Nonweiler.Jacquie had been a kindergarten and elementary school teacher in both Fond du Lac and Oshkosh. She also belonged to many local womens groups and civic organizations. It was Jacquies wish that no visitation or formal funeral services be held. There is to be a private interment at Lake View Memorial Park, Oshkosh.In lieu of flower or expressions of sympathy, please make any memorials to the Oshkosh Public Museum.
