James Henry Frahm

July 29, 1933 — November 24, 2015

James Jim Frahm, age 82, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Mercy Medical Center. He was born in Oshkosh the son of the late Jack and Goldie (Zentner) Frahm. Jim was united in marriage to Suzanne Ziegenhagen in 1961 in Oshkosh; their marriage was blessed with three children. Jim was a designer at Mercury Marine for 39 years. He was a member of the Mercury Two Stroke Golf League and the Winnebago Snow Pioneers. Jim was a sports enthusiast and enjoyed fishing, gardening, golfing, snowmobiling and boating. Jim thought the world of his eight grandchildren and would love spending time with them. Jim is survived by his wife, Suzanne of 54 years, three children: Peggy (Dennis) Zarling of Oshkosh, Richard Rick (Deb) Frahm of South Elgin, IL and Daniel Dan (Jane) Frahm of Fitchburg; eight grandchildren: Danielle and Andrew Zarling, Nicole, Hannah and Vanessa Frahm, Jason, Luke and Emma Frahm, one brother, Michael (Vicky) Frahm, one sister, Sandra Sandy Noe, sister-in-law, Edie Frahm and brother-in-law, James (Rosie) Ziegenhagen; he is further survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Jeanette (Robert) Phillips, brother, Clayton Butch Frahm and brother-in-law, Gerald Noe.Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 am on Monday, November 30, 2015 at St. Jude the Apostle Parish, St. Vincent Site, 1225 Oregon Street, with Father Bill Van De Kreeke officiating. Friends and family may visit at the church from 9:00 am until the time of Mass. Interment will take place at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Oshkosh.
