Jean Lois Gerlach

Jean L. “Jeanie” Gerlach, age 77, passed away on Friday, June 2, 2017 at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was born on April 16, 1940 to the late Clayton and Marian (Hill) Leveillie in Ishpeming, MI. Jean was married to Fred Gerlach. He preceded her in death on October 29, 2007. She worked and retired from Miles Kimball and enjoyed working with her husband at Westhaven Golf Course and was known for her beautiful touch with flowers. Jeanie and Fred were snow birds and played many of rounds of golf.
Jeanie is survived by her two children: Vicky and Rocky Gerlach; grandchildren: Jamie (Brian) Schwarz, Tanner and Josie Hielsberg and Ian and Elyce Gerlach; great grandchildren: Starlyn and Taygen Schwarz; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service for Jeanie will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes- (Westside) with Chaplin Kelly Vidmar officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
