Jeanette Velda Ponzer

Jeanette V. Ponzer age 83 of Oshkosh, died at Bethel Home on Saturday, December 22, 2012. She was born in Wild Rose, WI on August 22, 1929, a daughter of the late Zeno and Adeline Dittloff Jansen.Jeanette had been a clerk for local bakeries and was employed at Winnebago County Courthouse doing clerical work. She was a member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church. She taught Sunday School and enjoyed reading, gardening and her feline companion.Survivors include two daughters, Holly (fiance Charles Clark) Eckroth of Weyauwega; Tina (Ronald) LaBorde of Oshkosh; one son, James Ponzer of Oshkosh; six grandchildren, Marcy Eckroth, Nichole Ponzer, Sara (fiance Stan Waters) Ponzer, Benjamin Ponzer, Stephanie Ponzer, Michael LaBorde all of Oshkosh; three great grandchildren, Mykel Spights, Naja Spights and Dominick Ponzer; one brother, Roger (Darlene) Jansen of Wild Rose; brother and sister-in-law, Evan and Beverly Ponzer of Oshkosh and numerous nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at Konrad-Behlman- Eastside on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at 11:00 with Rev. Kelly Leary officiating. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 am to the time of service. Interment will be at the Howes Corners Cemetery in Waushara County. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to the Alzheimers Association.Special thanks to the staff at the special care unit at Bethel home for the wonderful care given to our mother.
