Jonathan James Zellner

Jonathan James Zellner passed away on Friday, January 29, 2016. Born on April 22, 1981, the son of James and Sheree Zellner, Jon attended Lakeside Elementary School, Oshkosh West High School, UW-Oshkosh, and graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with degrees in criminal justice and psychology. On July 29, 2006, he married Kathryn (Kady) Halon. Jonathan worked at the Wisconsin Resource Center in Oshkosh.Jonathan was a loving husband, father, son, brother, and grandson. He enjoyed playing his guitars, riding his motorcycle, fishing, and spending time with his beloved family and friends.Jonathan is survived by his wife, Kady Zellner, their children, Hallie and Claire, his parents, James and Sheree Zellner, his brother, Brian Zellner, his grandmother, Virginia Zellner, and his in-laws, Gerri and David Hanson and Mike Halon and Kim Kujala. Jonathan is further survived by a sister-in-law, Samantha Steen, brother-in-law, Jason Steen, niece, Kylie Steen, nephew, Cole Steen; godparents, Renee Thompson and Dennis Brunner and many other loving aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2016, at Community Church, 2351 Ryf Road, Oshkosh, with Pastor Alan Cleveland officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a fund for Hallie and Claires future.I have made you and I will CARRY YOU.I will sustain you and I will RESCUE YOU.Isaiah 4:64
