Joyce Dodd

Joyce Dodd, 81, passed unexpectedly at home on November 26th, 2022. She was born on February 20th,1941 to the late Alvin and Mildred (Williams) Fields on her home farm.

Joyce graduated from Ripon High School in Ripon, Wisconsin. She married the love of her life Bill Dodd on June 24th, 1960. She worked as a Dairy Farmer so you would always find her somewhere around the farm. Whether she was driving around the tractor or lending a helping hand she was always there. She loved playing cards and going on bus trips with friends and was an avid bowler. Joyce began working for Walmart as a cashier starting in the Oshkosh location and later at the Berlin location. She worked there for over 20 years and made many friends through her time there.

Joyce is survived by sons, Jim and Dale (Cindy); daughters, Kathy and Kristy; grandchildren, Mandi (Brett Odle) Gulch, Melinda (Matthew) Albrecht, Mark (Brittany) Dodd, Rex (Heather Bergner) Dodd; Michael (Ashley) Dodd, Stephanie (Mitch Anthony) Dodd; step granddaughter, Jessica Wood; and 15 great grandchildren. She is also further survived by many nieces and nephews and neighbors who were like family.

In addition to her parents, Joyce is preceded in death by husband Bill and sister Mary Dodd.

Visitation will be held on November 29th from 3pm to 7pm at 100 Lake Point Drive Oshkosh, WI and again November 30th at 9:30am at Grace Lutheran 508 Co Rd M, Pickett, WI 54964 followed by service at 11am.
