Karen Blondie S. Raddatz, age 68, passed into eternal life on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born on July 21, 1945 to Carl and Wilma (Davis) Herzig. On November 30, 1963 she married Daniel Raddatz. Karen graduated from Oshkosh High School. She enjoyed knitting, gardening, working in the yard, was one of the worlds greatest cooks, and she loved being in her kitchen and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Dan Raddatz; son Dustin Bear Raddatz; daughters Kelly (John) Lallier and Rhonda (significant other Kevin Bennett) Zimmer; grandchildren, Ashley Lewicki, Dylan (Kelsey) Butzlaff, Melinda, Taylor, and Kalei Zimmer, Megan, Sydney, Danny, Jacob, and Beau Lallier, and Liza Nault.Karen is further survived by great grandchildren, Xander Nault, Nolan and Liam Butzlaff, and Jordan, Payton, and Kylie Lewicki; mother, Wilma Billie Lucas; mother-in-law Florence Raddatz; brothers, Rusty (Donna) and Karl Herzig; sisters, Carleen Peterson and Lorraine (Harry) Hartman; brother-in-law Tim Raddatz; and daughter-in-law Linda Raddatz . Karen was preceded in death by her father, brother Jeff Herzig, son Danny Raddatz, a granddaughter Brook Lallier; father in law George Raddatz; and step father Larry Lucas. Funeral services for Karen will be held on Monday, November 25, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home Westside with Rev. Andi Wolf officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 3:00 p.m. until time of service. Burial will be at Lakeview Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to the National Kidney Foundation. A special thanks to the ICU at Mercy Medical Center, and especially to her nurse, Sue. Blondie you will be truly loved and missed by all.
