Laura May Hansen

Laura M. Hansen, 94, Oshkosh, passed away August 4, 2016. She was born October 19, 1921, the daughter of William and Rose (Abel) Shelley. For many years Laura was employed with the Buckstaff Company, Oshkosh, sewing and assembling the interiors of caskets. After retirement Laura kept busy with various things, but her joy came from gambling in Oneida, where she travelled to often. Survivors include a grandson, Peter L. Hansen Jr, Neenah.Laura was preceded in death by her husband Bud I. Hansen in 2011, and her son Peter L. Hansen Sr. in 2012. In accordance with Lauras wishes, no services will be held.The family would like to express sincere thanks to the staff of Matthews of Irish Road, Neenah, for the care and compassion given toward grandma during her time there.
