Leona Jane Horton

Leona J. Horton, 85, of Oshkosh died Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at Bethel Home. She was born February 9, 1929, in Oshkosh a daughter of Miles and Margie (Smith) Cundy. Leona married Donald Horton in 1953 and he preceded her in death on February 11, 1981. Leona is survived by three sons, Miles Horton of Neenah, Daniel and Timothy Horton both of Oshkosh; a sister, Joyce Gilbert of Oshkosh; a brother, Miles (Joyce) Cundy of Pewaukee; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael and four sisters, Joan, Verna, Beverly, and Eunice.A private memorial service is being held with inurnment at Lake View Memorial Park.Leonas family would like to thank the staff at Bethel Home for all their help and care.
