Lisa M. (Wellens) Williams, of Oshkosh passed away with her family by her side on Monday, May 14, 2007 at Aurora Medical Center. Lisa was born on February 19, 1970 in Portsmouth, VA, a daughter of Daniel and Jolayne Hupfer-Wellens. On June 14, 1997, she married Walter Williams IV in Oshkosh.She was a 1988 graduate of Ashwaubenon High School and received her bachelors degree (Journalism) from the University of the Wisconsin - OshkoshHer children were her life. Lisa was involved in all their activities including sports, Brownies, and as the vice-president of the Merrill Elementary PTO. She worked at the Radford Company. She enjoyed crafting and photography. Lisa was also an avid Packer fan. She was a member of the Village Raiders Color Guard of Ashwaubenon. She was a friend to many and brought smiles to everyone. Survivors include her husband, Walter Williams IV; two daughters, Julia and Emma Williams; son, Walter Williams V all of Oshkosh; her parents, Daniel and Peggy Wellens of Green Bay, Jolayne Wellens, her brothers, Michael (Bobbie) Wellens, Corbin Litke, Bruce (Kristi) Litke; her sister, Brenda (Scott) Conradt all of Green Bay; her grandmother, Elaine Hupfer of El Paso, TX; her step grandmother, Anna Larsen of Green Bay; her mother-in-law, Laurel Williams of Oshkosh, father-in-law, W. Scott Williams of Fond du Lac, brother-in-law Jason Rynearson of Oshkosh; Godparents Ann and Donald Quinnette of DePere; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Lisa was preceded in death by her grandparents, John Hupfer and Henry and Lucille Wellens and her step grandfather, Gordon Larsen.Visitation from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. will be held this Thursday, May 17, 2007 at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home – Westside with the funeral service at 7:00 p.m. with Chaplain Marshall Conradt of St. Marys Hospital – Green Bay officiating. Lisas family would like to send a special thank you to Paula and the Aurora Medical Center ICU. Lisa was an organ donor, enabling others the gift of life, that will affect many other people.
