Lorraine Marie Thompson

Lorraine M. Thompson, 81 Oshkosh died at Aurora Medical Center on Wednesday June 20, 2007. She was born in Thorp, WI on May 24, 1926, a daughter of Leo and Veronica Sokolowski Dulek. She married Leland Loiselle in Chippewa Falls on August 14, 1945. Leland preceded her in death on August 9, 1964. Lorraine was a member of St. Raphaels Catholic Church. She retired from the Oshkosh office of the State Unemployment Compensation Division. Survivors include one grandson, Daniel (Romelle) Pornschloegl, of St. Paul, MN; two great grandchildren, Leland and Christian Pornschloegl; one brother, Clarence (Mary Jo) Dulek, of Omaha, NE; one sister, Rosie (Richard) Alger, Thorp, WI; and a son -in-law, Donald Porn, of St. Paul, MN. She was preceded in death by her husband Leland, a daughter Carol Porn, two brothers, Ronald and Wilbur Dulek. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Raphael Catholic Church on Friday (TODAY) June 22, 2007 at 11:00 am with Fr. Carl Schmitt as celebrant. Family and friends may call at the church today from 9:00 am to the time of Mass. Inurnment will be at Hope Catholic Cemetery, in Chippewa Falls. A memorial to the American Diabetes Association has been established.
