Lynn S. Oppermann

Lynn Butch Opperman of Oshkosh, died March 9, 2015 in Madison. He was born May 8, 1945 to Sidney and Louise Opperman.Butch attended Oshkosh schools. He worked at the Oshkosh Northwestern and Winnebago Parks Department. He married Carol Hinz on April 15, 1964. Later they divorced but remained close friends.Butch is survived by his son, James (Lori), son, Scott, daughter, Michele (Dave) and son, Vernon; grandchildren, Liz, Nick, Amber, Tyler, Samee (Josh), Alexis, Leah, Alexander and Oden; great-grandchildren, Carter, Christian and Sophia; sister and brothers, Linda, Darell (Darlene), Jeff and Sidney II (Lisa); and special friend, Kerry Derr.Butch was preceded in death by his parents; son, William; and brother-in law, Joe Friedauer.Visitation will be 11:00 am until the service at 1:00 pm on March 14, 2015 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-westside, Pastor Rich Hopkins officiating.
