Mabel A. Genz, age 97 of Oshkosh died on Sunday, November 5, 2006 at Bethel Home. She was born on January 26, 1909 in the Town of Clayton a daughter of Henry James and Agnes (Snider) Beattie. On November 4, 1925 she married Herbert F. Genz. He preceded her in death on August 6, 1976.Survivors include her son, Leon (Carol) Genz of Oshkosh; a son-n-law, Phil Costa of Chicago, IL; eleven grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren, fourteen great great grandchildren and five step grandchildren. Mabel was preceded in death by her three daughters, Betty May Fisher, Arlene Costa, Joyce Grimm; her three brothers, Elmer, Sherman and Roy Beattie and her two sisters, Esther Rennert and Lucille Appleyard.Mabels funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home – Westside with Rev. David Rumbold officiating. Family and friends may call at the Lake Pointe Drive funeral home from 11:00 a.m. to the service time. Interment will be at Lake View Memorial Park.
