Marilynn Isabelle Schaick

Marilynn Isabelle Schaick age 84 of Oshkosh passed away at Mercy Medical Center on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 surrounded by her family. She was born in Oshkosh on November 3, 1927, a daughter of the late Herbert A. and Dorothy Wilkinson Brunover. She was united in marriage to Wilbur Will Schaick on August 5, 1950 in Oshkosh.Marilynn had been employed with Universal Motors and T & J manufacturing. She was a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ and a member of the Womens Guild. She enjoyed playing cribbage, reading and spending time with her family.Survivors include her husband Will of Oshkosh, one son, Scott (Cindy) Schaick of Oshkosh; one daughter, Sandra (Ruben) Villalobos of Oshkosh; two grandchildren, Andrew Schaick of Oshkosh, and Kristin Schaick of Oshkosh; two brothers-in-law, Lester (Helen) Schaick of Owensboro, KY and Al (Jan) Schaick of Oshkosh. She was preceded in death by a brother, Herbert Brunover and a sister, Jean Schaefer.Funeral services will be held at Emmanuel United Church of Christ (1306 Michigan St.) on Monday, June 25, 2012 at 7:00 pm with Rev. Andi Wolff officiating. Family and friends may call at the church on Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. Interment will be at Lake View Memorial Park. A memorial to Emmanuel United Church of Christ has been established.
