Martha M. Hunt

Martha M. Hunt, 97, of Oshkosh died Monday May 10, 2010 at Bethel Home. She was born July 6, 1912 in Stangelville, WI a daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine (Meyer) Konop. Martha married Steven Minskey and he preceded her in death in 1967. She then married Richard Hunt and he preceded her in death in 2007. Martha operated different taverns in Milwaukee and Berlin and was a member of St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church. Her survivors include a son Joseph (Joan) Minskey of Neenah, a daughter Natalie Reschke of Rochester, MN, two sisters Alice Mazanet of Denmark, WI and Gladys Selner of Florida, six grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son Robert Minskey, a brother Joseph Konop, and a grandchild. A Mass of Christian Burial for Martha will be held Wednesday May 12, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Raphael Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Berlin. There is no visitation. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to St. Raphael Catholic Church.
