Marvin C. Leichtfuss

Marvin C. Leichtfuss, 68, of Van Dyne, died on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at Bethel Home. He was born a son of the late Herbert and Mandina Leichtfuss in the Town of Nekimi at his home on January 8, 1946. Marvin was a Farmer his entire life and was a member of St Johns Lutheran Church, Nekimi.Survivors include his brothers, Robert (Barbara), Richard, Oscar, George (Diane), Gerard, Donald (Vicki), one sister, Dorothy Hoff and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Marvin was preceded in death by his brothers, Arnold and Earl, one sister, Sylvia (Stan) Nygaard, two brothers-in-law, Wayne Hoff and Harold Stahmann and one sister-in-law, Betty Leichtfuss.Funeral services for Marvin will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at St. Johns Lutheran Church in Nekimi (491 Old Oregon Road, Oshkosh, WI 54902) at 2:00 pm with Rev. James Reiff officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the hour of service. Interment will be at St. Johns Lutheran Cemetery in Nekimi. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.The family would like to thank Bethel Home and Affinity Hospice and all their staff for their wonderful care that was given to Marvin.
