Mary Agnes Resheske

September 21, 1927 — March 28, 2011

Mary Agnes Resheske, 83, of Oshkosh, died Monday March 28, 2011 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born September 21, 1927 in Fond du Lac a daughter of the late Earl and Mabel (Camp) Chapin. She married John Resheske on October 5, 1963 in Oshkosh. Mary was a bank teller for over 32 years at US Bank (Firstar) and was a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Parish. She enjoyed traveling, gambling, bowling, visiting friends, and being in the dance group at the senior center. She is survived by her husband John of Oshkosh, a sister Elizabeth (Lester) Anderson of Florida, three sisters-in-law Mary E. Resheske of Oshkosh, Jean (Al) Kelsey of Texas, and Marge Schock of Oshkosh, many nieces and nephews, and a special angel Peggy Bellin. She was preceded in death by a sister Mildred Milne, and seven brothers Frank, Earl, Everett, Lawrence, Glenn, Victor, and David Chapin. The funeral service for Mary will be held Saturday April 2, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, Rev. James Jugenheimer officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday at the Lake Pointe Dr. funeral home from 10 a.m. until the service. Burial will be in Calvary Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established in memory of Mary. Marys family would like to thank the staff of Evergreen Retirement Community for the kind and considerate care given during her stay.
