Mary Jane Dustman

Mary Jane Dustman, age 89, of Oshkosh, passed away on December 28, 2022 at Bella Vista. She was born on October 14, 1933 in Oshkosh a daughter of Edward and Lillian Tews Klapa. On September 2, 1982 she married Douglas Dustman.

For many years she operated Jean’s Day Care in Oshkosh. She enjoyed golfing, bowling, reading, playing cribbage and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a loving and caring person, devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. “To know her was to love her.”

She is survived by one son Randy(Sandy) Harwood, one daughter Wendy(Jack) Doemel, her granddaughters April(Timothy) Palecek, Amy(David) Huberty, Samantha(Jonathon) Matulle, Kaylee(Tyler) Harreld, Tessa Doemel, grandsons R.J. Harwood, Jack(Anna) Doemel Jr., great-grandchildren Hayden, Madilyn, Alexis, Alaina, Kyla, McKenna, Uriah, Holly, Blake, Evelyn, Wrenly, her siblings Robert(Janet) Klapa, Raymond Klapa and Janet LeDioyt. She is further survived by Doug’s children Patti(Scott) Haggerty, Douglas(Debbie) Dustman Jr., Juniet(Greg) Rotter, and Doug’s Grandchildren Sarah, Emily, Kimberly, Richard.

She was preceded in death by her parents one son Douglas Marx and a brother-in-law Wayne LeDioyt.

Private family services will be held.

A memorial in Mary Jane’s name will be established to the Oshkosh Area Humane Society
