Mary K. Fabrycki

Mary K. Fabrycki, 58, of Oshkosh, died peacefully at her home on Saturday May 21, 2011, after a two year struggle against ALS. She was born in Fond du Lac, WI on March 18, 1953 daughter of Vernon and Patricia Corrigan Kruske. On January 15, 1983 she married Daniel C. Fabrycki at the Neuman Center in Oshkosh.Mary earned a Bachelors Degree in Library Science. Mary had employed by Walden Books for 23 years many of them as store manager. She became store manager of University Book Store at UWO until her illness forced her into early retirement. Mary was a people person who thoroughly enjoyed the time she could spend with others. She and Dan enjoyed traveling and collecting antiques. She was also and avid reader and enjoyed theater, especially musicals.Mary is survived by her husband, Daniel Fabrycki of Oshkosh; son, Josh Fabrycki of Oshkosh; mother, Pat Kruske of Wisconsin Rapids, WI; brother, Paul (Diane) Kruske of Nekoosa, WI; sister, Marcia (Dennis) Holevatz of Oshkosh; an aunt; nephews; nieces; and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Vernon Kruske.A memorial gathering will be held on Friday May 27, 2011 at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home - Westside from 6-8 PM.
