Mildred Marion Ostwald

Mildred M. Ostwald, age 86, of Oshkosh, died Friday February 25, 2011 at Bethel Home. She was born on May 10, 1924 in Symco a daughter of Leonard and Ida Fietzer Traugott. On June 30, 1945 she married Wayne Ostwald in Oshkosh. She was a member of Martin Luther Lutheran Church and had worked at both Prudential Insurance and Fox Valley Tech as an office manager and secretary. She was a member of the Secretarys Club, Homemakers Club and the Cousins Club.She is survived by her husband Wayne, one daughter Judy(Patrick) Hunt of Kingwood, TX., one sister Lucille Miller of Oshkosh, three grandchildren Michelle Moseman, Kristine Mosel, Andrew Hunt, five great-grandchildren Meg, Kate, Erin, Bryce, and Tanner.She was preceded in death by her daughter Bonnie Ostwald, and one brother Kenneth Traugott.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday March 2, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Martin Luther Lutheran Church with Rev. Jeffrey Berg officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral at the church. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park.A memorial has been established to Martin Luther Lutheran Church.The family would like to thank the staff at Bethel Home.
