Naomi Wambold

Naomi G. Wambold, 95 of Oshkosh, died Monday March 5, 2007 at the Aurora Medical Center. She was born in Oshkosh on August 1, 1911 the daughter of Frank A. and Emma E. Kuehn Hebel. On January 19, 1937 she married Frederic Wambold in Chicago, IL. He preceded her in death on December 4, 1971. Naomi had been employed as a bookkeeper by the Waite Carpet Co. and Howard Johnson Motor Lodge here in Oshkosh.She is survived by a daughter, Sharon Lynn (Richard) Norton of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and by very special friends, Georgiette and Dave Long of Winneconne, WI. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Beatrice Hebel.Her funeral will be Thursday March 8, 2007 at 1:00 PM at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Eastside with the Rev. Thomas McFarland officiating. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from Noon until the time of the service. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
